AX-1 ALTERNATIVE  BUSH WHEEL DAMPER

In my own rebuild I have made my own BUSH WHEEL DAMPER s .

And turned to be successful as idea, and now even after 700 Km , there is no sign of failure in my patent .

But, later on, I found another one alternative way ,  Honda does not make wheel dampers for the AX-1 , but it does for another model , the NSR one .

They have a product similar to the AX-1 , but it haves small deference’s at the internal and external diameter .

This part has the number   41241-KB4-003.

From the info that I found , the external diameter looks to be 28mm  , the AX-1 is 32mm .

The inner diameter is 9.3mm  and the AX-1 is 10,1mm ,  by drilling it, you can possibly make it to work .

Total dimensions 28 x 9,3 x 20,5mm

The  BUSH WHEEL DAMPER   41241-KB4-003 cost only 5€ , and it can be found at the Honda network locally were you live , or at this web site  http://www.cmsnl.com/products/bush-wheel-damper_41241kb4003/

The part number  41200-KW3-000 is the rear sprocket it cost 61€ .

Another cheaper alternative sprocket is the JT one , for my rebuild, I got one set of ESJOT sprockets, made in Germany , I trust more the European steel , than the JT cheap sprockets .
